Born in south Florida, Ms. Shiner has also lived and traveled throughout the United States, eventually returning to Florida where she is proud to call home. Ms. Shiner obtained a Bachelor of Science, majoring in both criminal justice and legal studies, from the University of Central Florida in just over three years. During her attendance at UCF, Ms. Shiner was consistently placed on the Dean’s List for earning exceptional grades and graduated with honors.
